For his second restaurant in Phnom Penh, South African Chef Timothy Bruyns has injected an exciting and dynamic new style of cooking into the Phnom Penh dining scene. Influenced by cuisines around the world, The Tiger's Eye specializes in progressive Asian cuisine. Appreciated for his visually striking dishes, Chef Timothy combines local flavours, fresh produce, and classic and modern cooking techniques to create unforgettable cuisine. The Menu changes every week, and features a la carte dishes for all meal, or a more elaborate 5-course tasting menu for the gourmets.
