Chef Ton“I grew up eating delicious meals prepared by my mother and grandmother. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America and getting an MBA in Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University, I worked in several Michelin-star restaurants in NYC. At Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant I’ve adapted what I’ve learned using local flavours and ingredients.” Chef Ton
